Please try and arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment. Please feel free to use the bathroom prior to scheduled appointment to minimise interruptions. Please note ** If you are running late or arrive late unfortunately we can not extend your appointment time or run over and your service may be incomplete. You will still be responsible for the full service fee regardless. This is to ensure that we respect all our clients schedules. If the lateness does result in an incomplete service we will endevour to book in a follow up appointment that suits your schedule as well as ours and it will be charged at the hourly rate depending on how much time is needed to complete the service or we can alternatively reshedule a longer subsequent appointment. If you are running more than 15 mins late please call the studio so that we can consult on whether the appointment should be rescheduled.
Irrespective of the appointment, in particular for lash extensions it is important that clients arrive wearing no eye make up. This is a non negotiable for the appointment. This is so we can spend the appointment time getting more lashes on and focusing on your treatment. For lash extensions if possible please refrain from having caffeine prior as it may cause eyelids to flutter which may make lashing very difficult but most importantly because we are using sharp tweezers near your eyes it is our duty of care to take every precaution no harm is caused to the eye area and it would assist us doing so. Please ensure the eyelashes are cleansed and are clean prior to your appointment. No Mascara, eye make up and eye liner. Earphones are welcome if you would like to listen to podcasts or audiobooks, some clients like to use their appointment time for deep relaxation and meditation. We can not cater for children and pets during your appointment so please refrain from bringing them to your appointments. Mothers with young babies under 6 months please call to enquire prior to your appointment if you can not arrange a sitter last minute as we may be able to accommodate babies in prams however not promised so please ensure you call first.
We require a minimum of 24 hrs to reshedule or cancel an appointment. In the case less then 24hrs is given it will result in forfeiting the deposit.
It is recommended that you make your bookings online to secure appointments. It is advised that you book 1 – appointments in advance to ensure you can secure a date and time most suited to you as appointments fill up quickly and to also avoid dissapointment.
All bookings require a 50% deposit. They are non refundable and are required to secure your appointment.
Due to the nature of the appointments we can not offer a refund as the service incurs costs to the business we appreciate your understanding in advance. However in the cases if needed we will not hesitate offering our services to make sure we deliver on client satisfaction.
If you have any allergies, injuries, upcoming surgeries or are pregnant please notify us prior to your appointment.
It is very important you notify us if you have any allergies, have reacted in the past or have a suspicion that you may react to any products used in the treatment please notify us to book you in for a patch test. Then and only after 48 hrs if all is ok we will proceed with your appointment. Please understand that if a reaction does occur that there will not be a refund issued for the patch test as the service does require costs of products and staff wages.
REACTION AFTER SERVICE
If a reaction does occur within 24 – 48 hrs we will advise you to immediately seek advice from a doctor. We need permission to be able to apply further products to the eye area to remove the extensions, if that is what is recommended. Please be aware and understand that We can not issue refunds for services that have been provided as it does require product and staff hours. We take the utmost precautions and have the highest level of qualifications and training to perform the services we offer, If a client reacts to any products used in the treatments we carry out unfortunately, it is out of our control. We urge all clients who have reacted to adhesives in the past, even band aids etc to let us know and we will organise to carry out a patch test.
